When you reply to a thread, it looks like there is an attachment thingy, under "Subject", you click on browse to pick the photo, and make sure it isn't bigger than like 1000KB. I'll try it with this post, if it works that is cool, usually most forums dont' allow their bandwidth to be used to post stuff. Attachments:

And yep, looks like it works. You ahve to actually click on the advanced reply under the post though, and not Quick Reply

Here is the most basic way to do it. Click on START in the lower left corner. "All Programs", then "Accessories", then open "Paint" With "Paint" up and running, go to "File" then "Open" and pick whichever photo you are looking to alter. Once you open the picture, go to "Image" then "Sketch/Skew" and change the horizontal and vertical both to the same size, I use like 33% or 50%. Then "Save As" or it will overwrite your original picture and you will lose it. "Save As" under a new file name, then voila, you have a smaller photo. This all sounds more complicated than it really is, my explanation is likely more detail than you even need
